We generally start with an initial meeting to discuss your needs and preferences as well as product availability and features. We also view and measure the actual floor space, window and electrical layout. Any available printed floor plans are always helpful during this meeting.
Once we've determined your requirements and preferences we will prepare our initial proposal. This proposal generally includes a summary overview, a complete set of 2D and 3D drawings, a product and services specifications list as well as delivery timeframes and pricing.
Customer Review Meeting
We will meet with you to explain our initial proposal, answer questions and discuss any changes necessary to better meet your product requirements, spending limits and delivery timeframes.
Once we have an agreement concerning all of your project specifications we will prepare and deliver our final proposal and ask for your approval. When we receive your approval and initial funding we will order your products and begin the implementation process.
After your approval and initial funding we will schedule delivery and installation services. As products are delivered we will arrive on-site to supervise the assembly and installation process as well as expedite resolution of any problems that may arise.
